How to Prepare for Your Mobile Hair Appointment

One of the best things about mobile hairdressing is how easy it is. However, a little preparation can go a long way in ensuring your appointment is seamless and relaxing. Here is how to get your space ready for my arrival.

Choose the Right Spot

I'll need a space with good lighting and access to a power outlet. A kitchen chair or dining chair is usually best, as they provide the right height and support. Ideally, set up near a window for natural light.

Wash Your Hair (If Required)

Depending on the service you're having, I might ask you to wash your hair beforehand. For updos and styling, day-old hair is often better. For cuts and colours, clean, dry hair is usually preferred. I'll let you know exactly what to do when you book.

Clear a Small Area

I bring everything I need, including towels, products, and tools. Having a small table or bench space nearby to set up my equipment is very helpful. Other than that, just sit back and relax!
